Flat Fee MLS Listings

Flat fee MLS listings are a great way for sellers to promote their property among real estate agents who may have a buyer for that property.  By having your property on the MLS, your property will automatically appear on WIhomes.com and Realtor.com, each receiving thousands of visits every month by active buyers.

Capital Crown Realty offers 2 different flat fee MLS listing packages.   

Basic Flat Fee MLS Listing - $200

For $200, an agent will come to your property, take pictures of the property, sign a listing agreement to put this property on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for 6 months, and upload the pictures/information to the MLS.  You would be responsible for everything else (inquiries, showings, offers, and closing).

In addition to your property appearing on WIhomes.com and Realtor.com, we have partnered with List Hub to syndicate all of our MLS listings to:  Zillow, Trulia, Google Maps, Yahoo Real Estate, AOL Real Estate, Front Door, Hot Pads, Home Finders, Cyber Homes, Oodle, Vast, and Overstock.

Advanced Flat Fee MLS Listing - $450

For $450, you will get all of the features of the Basic MLS Flat Fee Listing as well as a professional yard sign with a customized sign rider including your name and phone number, a lock box, property information fliers, and your property will be manually posted to Craigslist every 3 days.
